Isn't this lady adorable?

She now has a second chance at life because of Homeward Pet Adoption Center...

Homeward Pet Adoption Center in Woodinville, WA is a no kill, not for profit animal shelter servicing the Seattle metropolitan area. They are dedicated to giving homeless animals a second chance through their rescue, shelter, and adoption programs.

FACTS ABOUT HOMEWARD:

  • The need for places like Homeward has increased in recent years and will likely continue to grow. To keep the animal population down, many shelters are expanding on their rules for euthanasia. Homeward saves these animals, like Rosie from certain death.

  • Right now, Homeward is located in a small space that limits their ability to take in more animals like Rosie from over-crowded shelters. To keep up with the growing demand, they need to find a bigger space. And they cannot do it alone!

Introducing...

Pics for Paws” – An Art Exhibition to Promote Homeward Pet Adoption Center & the No Kill Cause

AND YOU CAN HELP!

We are looking for people to donate their time AND/OR services to put together a roaming art exhibition in several area coffee houses and art spaces. The idea is to put up the first installation by October and rotate to new spaces on a monthly basis. We will be having weekly conference calls to discuss and assign the coming week's actions.

We are organizing now so If you are interested in helping out, email Anna at annabutorac@gmail.com
